This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Thursday, 22nd day of September 2022, has approved grant of 1,96,000 fresh stock options to the eligible employees of the Company at an exercise price of 225 (Rupees Two Hundred and Twenty-Five Only) under 'KEI Employee Stock Options Scheme-2015'. This stock options granted to employees will vest over a period of 4 (Four) Years from the date of grant (i.e. 22.09.2022). The issue of shares under 'KEI Employee Stock Options Scheme-2015' was approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 16th September, 2015 and the scheme has been designed in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 / SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.22-09-2022
