Accepted the resignation of Mr. Andrew H DeLeone as Managing Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 05 April 2019; and 2. Appointed Mr. Prashant Jain as Additional Director and Managing Director of the Company with effect from 17 April 2019 for a period of three years, subject to necessary approvals.
