The Board of Directors of the Company have proposed to fix the record date of Friday the 14th February, 2020 for the purpose of reckoning names of the Equity shareholders of Archidply Industries Limited, the Demerged Company (AIL), who shall be entitled to receive shares of Archidply Decor Limited, the Resulting Company (ADL) in the ratio of one (1) new Equity share of the Resulting Company(ADL) of the face value of Rs.10/- each fully paid up for every four (4) Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10 /- each fully paid up held by him / her / it in the Demerged Company (AIL), pursuant to the Order dated 8th January, 2020 of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger .
