This is with reference to the letter dated 23rd March, 2020 informing you about suspension of operations at the Company's various locations in light of the COVID - 19 pandemic. We now write to inform you that taking cognizance of the Governments' views around resuming manufacturing activities with controlled entry and exit facilities, and in strict compliance of the guidelines issued by the Government and the local authorities, we are in the process of partially resuming our operations at our plants in Karnataka and Maharashtra, after obtaining necessary permissions, as required, from the concerned authorities. The Telangana Government has decided not to ease the lockdown and therefore our plant in Telangana continues to be locked down. The partial resumption of activity is being done, keeping in mind social distancing norms, safety, health and well-being of the workers and employees at the locations and the SOPs issued by the State Government.
