 We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Tuesday, the 9th August, 2022, have inter alia took the following decisions: 1. Approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. Pursuant to the Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, a copy of said result is enclosed and marked as Annexure 'A'. 2. Limited Review Report on Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022, issued by Statutory Auditors, M/s Jayantilal Thakkar and Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No.104133W). A copy of said Limited Review Report is enclosed and marked as Annexure 'B'. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 3.35 P.M. and concluded at 4.15 P.M.  With reference to the above, as informed the shutdown taken by the Company for Annual Maintenance and Boiler Passing is under progress satisfactorily. In the meanwhile, we have also undertaken the work of improving the efficiency and capacity of the plant, therefore, it will take additional 10 to 15 days for completion of the entire activities. Further we have been informed by the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board for making arrangements for disposal of wastes generated from our manufacturing activities before commencing the production activities. Company is doing necessary arrangements for the same and are confident that within 15 days the same shall also be completed. Letter is enclosed.

 This is to inform you that a fire broke out in Coal Feeding Hopper in Power Plant due to spontaneous combustion of Coal at our factory situated at Village Ambivali P.O. Mohane, Taluka Kalyan, Dist Thane- 421 102, Maharashtra around 11.07 A.M on 13th July, 2022. The fire was brought under control at 1.00 P.M. None of the Workmen or other persons were injured or no other casualty occurred due to the fire accident. As the Factory was shut down due to Annual Maintenance, the question of production loss does not arise due to this incident. Details are given in the attached Letter as per prescribed SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015. Kindly acknowledge receipt and take the above on record.
