Nandan Denim Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on February 10, 2022 to, inter alia, consider the following:1. To approve the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2021 and Limited Review Report thereon;2. Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company and alteration of Clause V of the Memorandom of Association pursuant to increase in Authorised Share Capital, if required;3. As per relevant regulations, the Board of Directors shall, inter-alia, also consider, the proposal for issue of bonus shares at the aforesaid meeting, subject to requisite approvals.18-01-2022
