with reference to our previous intimation dated 31st December, 2023 regarding teh extension of time granted by the Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) to Srinagar Banigal Expressway Limited (SBEL), a material subsidiary of Ramky Infrastructure Limited, the balace payment of debt as agreed upon in the One-time settlement, we hereby inform you that SBEL has successfully repaid the entire outstanding amount to teh ARCs, including accrued interest without any default. Tha balance loan has been settled by borrowing from promoter group company to ensure compliance to the sanction terms. This is for your kind information and update.01-02-2024
