 Notice is hereby given that in connection with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the company has intimated to all its Directors, Key Management Personnel and Designated Employees regarding the closure of Trading Window of the company from 01.04.2020 to till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020. This closure of trading window is occasioned by reason of declaration of financial results for the Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020. All the insiders and their immediate relatives were advised to take notice that in terms of trading restrictions placed under above regulations, the trading window for the equity shares of the company shall remain closed from 01.04.2020 to till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020.

 We would like to submit that the Indian Overseas Bank, Asset Recovery Management Branch (ARMB), Hyderabad, Financial Creditor to Srinagar Banihal Expressway Limited (Subsidiary of the Company) has made an application under Section 7 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 to National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench against the Company for a claim amount of INR 236.63 Crores, being a Corporate Guarantee issuer to the Lenders of said Subsidiary Company.
