The Board of Directors at its meeting held today (commenced at 11:00 A.M. and concluded at 11:45 A.M.) inter-alia considered and approved the following: (i) The Unaudited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2022 (ii) Re-appointment of Mr. Virag Joshi as Whole-Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel (Designated as President & CEO) of the Company, for a period of 3 (Three) years, with effect from January 1, 2023, subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company. (iii) To convene an EGM on Friday, December 16, 2022, through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Video Means ("VC/OAVM"), without the physical presence of the Members at a common venue, to seek approval of Members of the Company, for re-appointment of Mr. Virag Joshi as Whole-Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel (Designated as President & CEO) of the Company for a period of 3 (Three) years with effect from January 1, 2023.
