Devyani International Ltd - 543330 - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR Regulations') read with Regulation 10(c) of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, ('SEBI ESOP Regulations'), we wish to inform that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has today i.e. April 07, 2023, allotted an aggregate 4,87,500 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each of the Company, to certain eligible employees upon exercise of options vested under Employees Stock Option Scheme 2018 ('ESOP 2018') and Employees Stock Option Scheme 2021 ('ESOP 2021') of the Company. Consequent to the aforesaid allotments, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from 1,20,49,61,378 equity shares of Re. 1 each to 120,54,48,878 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
