 In continuation to our intimation dated February 18, 2023, we would like to inform you that today i.e., March 10, 2023, the Company has completed the acquisition of majority shareholding (representing 75% of share capital on fully diluted basis) in IAC International Automotive India Private Limited ('IAC India') through its wholly owned subsidiary namely Lumax Integrated Ventures Private Limited. Accordingly, IAC India has become the step-down subsidiary of the Company and subsidiary of Lumax Integrated Ventures Private Limited with immediate effect. The aforesaid information shall also be made available on the website of the Company at www.lumaxworld.in/lumaxautotech

LUMAX AUTO TECHNOLOGIES LTD. - 532796 - Board Meeting Outcome for Regulation 30 : Outcome Of Board Meeting

 The Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. March 6, 2023, inter-alia considered and approved the following: (i) Investment of up to Rs. 225 Crore (Rupees Two Hundred Twenty Five Crores Only) in the securities of Lumax Integrated Ventures Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. (ii) Extension of Corporate Guarantee in favour of Kotak Mahindra Investments Limited for securing the credit facilities or debt of up to Rs. 250 Crore (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Crores only) to be availed by Lumax Integrated Ventures Private Limited ('LIVE'), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The detailed disclosure for aforesaid point no. (ii) as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are set out in Annexure A attached herewith.
