 Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, June 27, 2020 through electronic mode inter alia to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2020. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI PIT Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders' of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which is closed from Monday, 30th March, 2020 shall re-open on expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public i.e on Monday, June 29, 2020 for Specified Persons as defined in the Code.
