In continuation of our cited above pursuant to Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations regarding outcome of the NCLT-convened meeting of Equity Shareholders of the Company held on 8th March, 2019, this is to inform you that Mr. Ajay Kumar, Practicing Company Secretary, the NCLT -appointed scrutinizer has issued a corrigendum to his original report dated 8th March, 2019 (which has been submitted by us to the Stock Exchanges on 9th March, 2019) as inadvertently, in his original report the number of members voting in favour of the resolution by remote e-voting was wrongly typed as 35 instead of 21, and the total number of members voting in favour of the scheme was consequently wrongly typed as 77 instead of 63. All other figures in his original report are correctly typed and there is no change in the results of voting (the Scheme has been passed with requisite majority). Mr Ajay Kumar, Practicing Company Secretary, the scrutinizer for the aforementioned meeting has submitted his report dated March 8, 2019 to the Company ("Report").
