 We wish to inform that Innovators Facade Systems Limited has allotted 56,60,800 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs.72 per Equity Share (including a share premium of Rs. 62 per Equity Share) through Initial Public Offer ("Issue"). Pursuant to Regulation 32 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company hereby confirms that there has been no deviation in the use of the public issue proceeds raised from the Initial Public Offer.
