 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we would like to inform you that during late night hours of 21st July, 2021, due to heavy rainfall and land slide at adjacent area of factory unit of the Company located in Kudus, Wada in Maharashtra, the water had flooded into the factory premises and resulted into the shut of factory operations for nearly 4 days. The factory operations have resumed back on 26th July, 2021. In the opinion of the management, the resulting damages to the inventories and factory premises including plant & machinery will not affect the working of the Company.
