This is to kindly inform you that the ROC, NCT of Delhi & Haryana has issued an order vide No. ROC/Delhi/AGMExt. 2020/11538 dated 08.09.2020, wherein the time to hold the AGM for the financial year ended on 31.03.2020 has been extended for a period of three months from the due date. The Company had also filed an application for extension of holding of its AGM for the FY ended 31.03.2020 which was accepted by ROC, NCT of Delhi & Haryana vide its order dated 23.09.2020 by granting the extension of three months from the due date for holding the AGM of the Company. Accordingly, the Company shall hold its AGM for the financial year 2019-20 within the extended timelines and the date of Annual General Meeting for FY 2019-20 will be intimated in due course. We have to inform you that NFL has recorded the total fertilizer sale of 23.81 Lakh MT in April-August, 2020 showing a growth of 16% compared to previous best of 20.57 Lakh MT recorded during the same period in 2019-20. On the production front too, the company has surpassed the production target by producing 16.11 Lakh MT Urea in the first five months of 2020-21, higher by 13% as compared to 14.26 Lakh MT produced during the same period in 2019-20.
