 We have to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 12th August, 2021 inter-alia to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021. Further, reference is drawn to our Communication no. NFL/SEC/SE/240 dated 29.06.2021 wherein intimation has been given that Trading Window shall remain closed from 1st July, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021 in terms of Code of Conduct for regulating and reporting Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate relatives for National Fertilizers Limited (Code) in dealing with securities of NFL. In view of Board Meeting fixed for 12th August, 2021, Trading Window shall remain closed for the designated persons, designated employees and their immediate relatives upto 14th August, 2021.
