 A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held at Noida (Uttar Pradesh) on Friday, 12th November, 2021 inter-alia to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021 Further, reference is drawn to our Communication no. NFL/SEC/SE/328 dated 22.09.2021 wherein intimation has been given that Trading Window shall remain closed from 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021 in terms of Code of Conduct for regulating and reporting Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate relatives for National Fertilizers Limited (Code) in dealing with securities of NFL. In view of Board Meeting fixed for 12th November, 2021, Trading Window shall remain closed for the designated persons, designated employees and their immediate relatives upto 14th November, 2021.
