 This is in furtherance to our earlier communication dated 3rd August, 2022 enclosing Postal Ballot Notice seeking approval of members of Company for appointment of Director by Postal Ballot through remote e-voting Process. The remote e-voting period for casting the votes had commenced on 5th August, 2022 (9:00AM) and ended on 3rd September, 2022 (5 :00 PM). In this regard, we wish to inform you that the resolution as set out in above notice has been passed with requisite majority.
