Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Company has entered into 'Agreement of Sell' on June 21, 2023 for sale of the Company's freehold land admeasuring total 1900 sq. yd. including built up building constructed on such land situated at Kurukshetra, Haryana. Such Property was no longer its previous use, therefore the management has decided to sell out this property The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, are enclosed herewith as ''Annexure - I''.
