Cement and Construction company NCC announced Q3FY22 results: Q3FY22 (consolidated) Reported a Total income of Rs 3032.84 crore (including other income) for the 3rd quarter of the current year as against Rs 2150.69 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company has reported an EBIDTA of Rs 276.38 Crore and Net Profit attributed to shareholders of the company amounted to Rs 76.42 crore as against Rs 256.15 Crore and Rs 71.20 Crore reported respectively in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company has posted basic EPS of Rs 1.25 and Diluted EPS of Rs 1.24 for 3rd quarter as against Basic and Diluted Eps of Rs 1.16 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year 9MFY22 (Consolidated): The Company has reported a total income of Rs 7716.92 crore, for the 3rd quarter of the current year as against Rs 5222.99 Crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The Company has reported on EBIDIA of Rs 754.08 Crore and Net profit attributed to shareholders of Rs 240.28 Crore as against Rs 613.39 Crore and Rs 151.48 Crore reported respectively in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company has posted basic EPS of Rs 3.94 and Diluted EPS of Rs 3.92 for the 3rd quarter as against Basic and Diluted EPS of Rs 2.48 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Q3FY22 (Standalone) The Company has reported a total income of Rs 2723.64 crore, for the 3rd quarter of the current year as against Rs 1943.00 Crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The Company has reported on EBIDIA of Rs 292.81 Crore and Net profit of Rs 90.97 Crore as against Rs 239.46 Crore and Rs 70.44 Crore reported respectively in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company has posted basic EPS of Rs 1.49 and Diluted EPS of Rs 1.48 for the 3rd quarter as against Basic and Diluted EPS of Rs 1.16 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. 9MFY22 (Standalone): The Company has reported a total income of Rs 6858.97 crore, for the 3rd quarter of the current year as against Rs 4732.64 Crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year The Company has reported on EBIDIA of Rs 729.17 Crore and Net profit of Rs 246.97 Crore as against Rs 565.37 Crore and Rs 146.22 Crore reported respectively in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company has posted basic EPS of Rs 4.05 and Diluted EPS of Rs 4.03 for the 3rd quarter as against Basic and Diluted EPS of Rs 2.40 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. ln the third quarter of the current year, the company has secured orders aggregating to Rs 4027 Crore (including change in scope) and the Order Book stood at Rs 40210 Crore as of 31st December 2021.
