Dear Sirs, We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 16-17, 2020 to consider amongst others: 1) Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020; 2) Payment of 1st Interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21. The items relating to un-audited financial results and payment of Interim dividend shall be considered by the Board on July 17, 2020.
