Today the Board of Directors has appointed Sh. Vikas Goel as Additional Director with the designation 'Managing Director & CEO' of the Company for 3 years w.e.f. 01.02.2019 in place of Sh. S. K. Dubey, whose tenure as Managing Director will expire on 31.01.2019. His appointment is subject to approval of shareholders in the General Meeting. The Board has also designated Sh. Vikas Goel as Key Managerial Personnel w.e.f 01.02.2019 in place of Sh. S. K. Dubey. Sh. Vikas Goel is not related with other Directors of the Company. Profile of Sh. Vikas Goel is annexed. It may be noted that Sh. Vikas Goel has not been debarred from holding office of director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any such authority. Further, w.e.f. 01.02.2019 Sh. Vikas Goel, Managing Director & CEO will act as 'Authorised Person for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of advising on disclosure to the Company Secretary', in place of Sh.
