 In continuation to our communication dated June 13, 2022; the Successful Resolution Applicant ie., M/s. Antanium India Private Limited, who was supposed to make payment of Resolution Amount within 90 days from the date of approval of Resolution Plan by Hon'ble NCLT, Hyderabad Bench i.e., by June 10, 2022, has time till September 10, 2022, to make payment towards Resolution Amount. However, for the period of delay i.e., from June 11, 2022, till the date of payment, the Successful Resolution Applicant will be charged @ MCLR of the lead bank.
