 With reference to above and in accordance with Regulation 33(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, every listed company is required to submit the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the quarter / financial year ended 31st March within 60 days from the end of the financial year i.e. 30th May. However, due to widespread of COVID-19 Pandemic and the lockdown situation across the entire country, SEBI vide Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/ CMD1/CIR/ P/ 2020/3 dated 19th March, 2020 has extended the time line upto June 30, 2020 for submission of the Annual Financial Statements for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020.
