This is with reference to our letter dated 02nd September, 2020 regarding our 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) which was scheduled to be held on 29th September, 2020. We now would like to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, Kiduja India Limited had filed an application with Registrar of Companies, Mumbai in e-Form GNL-1 on 05th September, 2020 for extension of time for holding 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the financial year ended on 31st March 2020. The Registrar of Companies, Mumbai vide order dated 08th September, 2020 under third proviso to Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 has extended the time to hold the AGM for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020 for the period of 3 months by which the AGM ought to have been held. The revised date for the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be notified shortly.15-09-2020
