Extension of the Annual General Meeting
Gujarat Gas Ltd has informed BSE that under the power vested in the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad (RoC), by virtue of section 96(1) read with second proviso thereto, the RoC has granted an extension of 3 months for holding the AnnualGeneral Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended on March 31, 2015. Accordingly, the Company will be holding its AGM on or before December 31, 2015.The date of AGM will be intimated in due course.21-09-2015
