we would like to inform you that, due to administrative reasons, 155th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is preponed and now the meeting will be held on 11th February, 2019 instead of 12th February, 2019, inter-alia, to take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2018 and other agendas as required under Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed on 31st January, 2019 and will be reopened on 13th February, 2019 after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on 11th February, 2019 in compliance with Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.02-02-2019
