Meeting, please note that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e. August 9, 2023, have inter-alia, considered and approved: 1. The appointment of Ms. Suparna Banerjee Bhattacharyya as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. August 9, 2023. The above appointment was approved and recommended for approval of the Board of Directors, by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, at their respective meetings held earlier in the day. 2.
