With reference to the disclosure dated August 17, 2021, received from Arbutus Consultancy LLP ('Arbutus'), promoter group entity, please find enclosed, in the prescribed format, the Company's disclosure pursuant to Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Arbutus has acquired a total of 7,50,000 equity shares of the Company, from the market, taking its individual holding from 38,33,62,902 equity shares to 38,41,12,902 equity shares.
