Vardhman Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2010, discussed about the restructuring of the Steel Business of the Company and thereafter, authorized the Officials of the Company to appoint external advisors to help examine the possibilities to restructure the Steel Business of the Company.01-04-2010
