Technomet International FZE, a wholly owned subsidiary of Manaksia Steels Limited, has entered into a share purchase agreement dated 23rd August, 2017 for acquiring 99.9999% of the issued and paid-up capital of Federated Steel Mills Limited, Nigeria.
