We are pleased to inform you that Kishangarh Udaipur Ahmedabad Section of National Highway no. 79 implemented by CG Tollway Limited ('SPV') which is now part of IRB Infrastructure Trust - Private InvIT, has been issued a Completion Certificate by the Competent Authority. Consequently, toll rates for the SPV are increased by ~58% and the SPV would be collecting toll at revised rates on this project. Please find enclosed the media release.

Significant improvement in construction pace with eased lockdowns. Company also facilitated Vaccination for its more than 60% frontline workers. Mr. Virendra D.
