Please note that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 05, 2022 has approved Un-audited Consolidated & Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. A copy of the results along with the Limited Review Report is enclosed herewith. Further, Board of Directors has approved payment of Interim dividend of Rs. 1.25/- per share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (@12.5% of face value of share) for financial year 2022-23. The record date for the purpose of payment of dividend is Wednesday, August 17, 2022. The Interim dividend shall be paid within stipulated timelines as prescribed under law. Further the Board has also approved transfer of Vadodara Kim Expressway Project to the IRB InvIT Fund05-08-2022
