 With reference to earlier disclosure dated February 28, 2022, we inform you that Goa/Karnataka Border to Kundapur BOT Project implemented by IRB Westcoast Tollway Limited ('SPV'), which is now part of IRB Infrastructure Trust - Private InvIT, has been issued a Provisional Certificate No. 3 by the Competent Authority for an additional length of ~9.93 kms of the Project implemented by the SPV. With this, 170.98 kms of the Project Highway has been completed

 We refer to our earlier disclosure dated March 21 & 22, 2023 in connection with the proposed listing of the IRB Infrastructure Trust (the 'Trust'). The Trust and its underlying special purpose vehicles are joint ventures of the Company. In this regard, the Condensed Interim Special Purpose Consolidated/Combined Financial Statements of the Trust as of and for the financial years 2022, 2021 and 2020 and the nine-month periods ended December 31, 2022 and December 31, 2021 have been approved by the board of directors of the investment manager of the Trust and are available on the website of the Trust, i.e., https://www.irbinfratrust.co.in/.

IRB INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPERS LTD. - 532947 - Update Regarding IRB Infrastructure Trust

 Please note that the Company has sponsored an unlisted infrastructure investment trust, IRB Infrastructure Trust (the 'Trust'). Pursuant to decisions taken at a board meeting of the Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI') on September 30, 2022, the framework for unlisted infrastructure investment trusts was discontinued and the SEBI advised the Trust to list within certain timelines. Accordingly, the Management, Administration and Share Transfer Committee ('MAS Committee') of the Company, at its meeting held on March 21, 2023, approved the listing of the units of the Trust, subject to the approval of the board of directors of the investment manager of the Trust. The units of the Trust are proposed to be listed on the NSE. Please note that upon listing, the Company will continue to hold 51% of the units of the Trust and the Trust will continue to be an associate/ joint venture of the Company. GIC Affiliates will continue to hold 49% of the units of the Trust.
