Declaration of Interim dividend of Re. 0.50 per share on equity shares of Re. 1/- each for the financial year 2022-23. The Company has further fixed Friday, November 11, 2022 as the record date to determine eligible shareholders entitled to receive the Interim Dividend. The Interim dividend shall be paid/ dispatched within the period as stipulated in the Companies Act, 2013.
