With reference to the earlier letter dated September 08, 2023 regarding Offer for Sale of Equity Shares, Narantak Dealcomm Limited and Subham Buildwell Private Limited, Promoters of Shyam Metalics and Energy Ltd has now informed BSE as under :"In this connection, we wish to exercise the Oversubscription Option to the extent of 30,43,477 Equity Shares (representing 1.19 % of the total paid-up equity share capital of the Company) in addition to 1,30,43,480 Equity Shares of the Company, (representing 5.11 % of the total paid-up equity share capital of the Company) forming part of the Base Offer Size.
