The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors, at their meeting held today, has granted 73,50,000 Class A Options to the eligible employees under 'SeQuent Scientific Employee Stock Option Plan 2020' at an exercise price of Rs. 86/- (Rupees Eighty-Six Only) per share. The said options are convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Company, on exercise. The vesting period of these options is in a phased manner over a period of 5 years and on vesting, is exercisable within a period of 1 (one) year from the date of vesting.
