This is to inform that as per TIL Limited's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, trading window shall remain closed from Friday, the 1st February, 2019 to Monday, the 11th February, 2019 (both days inclusive) on account of the Board Meeting of TIL Limited to be held on Friday, the 8th February, 2019 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months period ended on 31st December, 2018, subject to Limited Review by the Statutory auditors of the Company. During the aforesaid period of closure of trading window, all the Directors and the Designated Employees of the Company (including their immediate relatives) have been informed to abstain from trading in the shares of TIL Limited.
