 This to inform you that the Board of Directors of TIL Limited (Company) at its meeting held on 22nd May, 2019, has inter-alia approved the following: 1. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 8th August, 2019 to Tuesday, 13th August, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 13th August, 2019 and for the payment of dividend. 2.
