 Dear Sir, This is to inform you that the Company has received request letter from Certain Persons forming part of Promoter/Promoter Group of the Company for reclassification of them from 'Promoter Category' to 'Public Category' as permitted under the provisions of Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Please note that the persons as mentioned in notice as on date do not hold any shares/voting rights of the Company. They do not exercise any control over the affairs of the Company and are not engaged in the management and/or day to day affairs of the Company. The aforesaid applications is the subject matter of shareholder's approval and necessary approvals from the Stock Exchanges in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, thus it will be considered in the General Meeting which will be held at a time gap of atleast 1 month but not exceeding 3 months from the date of the Board meeting of Considering Reclassification request.
