This is further with respect to Rights Issue of the Company and in accordance with the Letter of Offer dated November 07, 2022 and pursuant to finalization of the Basis of Allotment of the Rights Issue in consultation with the designated stock exchange, BSE Limited and Registrar to the Issue, the Members of the Rights Issue Committee of the Company, as per the resolution passed by circulation yesterday, i.e., Wednesday, December 07, 2022 has inter alia approved the allotment of 2,44,60,568 partly paid up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00/- each fully paid ("Equity Shares") at an Issue Price of Rs. 10.00/- per Equity Share and Rs. 3 per Equity Shares paid on application to the eligible applicants.08-12-2022
