With reference to significant movement in price, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has Clarified to BSE that "as on date, the Company has made all necessary disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as and when required) well within stipulated time and no such information/announcement is pending that may have a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company including any price sensitive information that in our opinion may have a bearing on price/volume behaviour in the scrip.The movement in the share price of the Company is purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven and the management of the Company is in no way connected with any such movement in price.Furthermore, the current market conditions are adversely affected by the on-going pandemic COVID-19 and pursuant to thelatest government directive on the COVID-19 for countrywide lockdown till 14th April, 2020, all the plants of our company have been shut down. Consequently, it has adversely affected the industry as well as the share price of our company as well. The Company has always complied with the disclosure requirements as stated in the Listing Regulations and shall continue to abide with the same."
