 This is to inform the July to September quarter will report highest ever Tractor sales on the back of very strong farm segment activity. We expect tractor segment to report double digit growth and good accretive EBIDTA to the Q2 financials. The company expects to gain material market share in tractor segment in this financial year backed by improved delivery performance across all the customers. The capacity utilization of the segment will be operating at 105-107% and is expected to carry on going ahead into balance FY 20-21.

 We wish to inform you that the promoters along with the persons acting in concert holds 9797952 equity shares in Steel Strips Wheels Limited, which is 62.85% of the total paid up capital of the company and out of which 4889965 equity shares were pledged which is 31.37% of total paid up capital of the company and 49.91% of total promoter shareholding. Today, 1,25,000 share were released from the pledge and accordingly, now the number of shares pledged has been reduced to 4764965, which is 30.56% of total paid up capital of the company and 48.63% of total promoter shareholding.
