In continuation of our letter dated 15.09.2020 regarding 'Outcome of the Board Meeting' and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of the erstwhile Chief Financial Officer of the Company Sh. Naveen Sorot as CFO of the Company to hold office with effect from 16th September, 2020 in place of the Sh. Ayush Thareja, who has tendered his resignation as the CFO and KMP of the Company due to personal reasons with effect from close of business hours of 15th September, 2020.
