We wish to inform you that the promoters along with the persons acting in concert holds 9797402 equity shares in Steel Strips Wheels Limited, which is 62.77% of the total paid up capital of the company and out of which 4420833 equity shares were pledged which is 28.32% of total paid up capital of the company and 45.12% of total promoter shareholding. On 01.01.2021, 84000 share were released from the pledge and accordingly, now the number of shares pledged has been reduced to 4336833, which is 27.78% of total paid up capital of the company and 44.27% of total promoter shareholding.04-01-2021
