 We wish to inform you that the promoters along with the persons acting in concert holds 9797402 equity shares in Steel Strips Wheels Limited, which is 62.77% of the total paid up capital of the company and out of which 2848347 equity shares were pledged which is 18.25% of total paid up capital of the company and 29.07% of total promoter shareholding.
