Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform you that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from 19th September to 25th September, 2020 (both days inclusive) in connection with the holding of the 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 25th September, 2020 and payment of dividend, which is recommended @ Rs. 1.50 per share for the year 2019-20. Further, please note that the said dividend, if declared, will be paid to those members whose names are in Company's Register of Members, and to those beneficial owners as provided by the Depositories, as at the close of business on Friday, 18th September, 2020.22-08-2020
