In terms of Minimum Standards for Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons of the Company, framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations, 2018 and pursuant to the requirement of the Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window for trading in Company's securities shall remain close for all Employees/Directors/Designated Persons of the Company w.e.f. 1st October, 2020 till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the unaudited financial results for the half year ended on 30th September, 2020. Further, the date of Board meeting to consider/approve, inter alia, the unaudited financial results for the half year ended on 30th September, 2020 shall be intimated separately in due course.30-09-2020
