SHREE RAJASTHAN SYNTEX LTD.-$ - 503837 - Reply Of Notice Received From BSE For Non-Compliance Of Regulation 17(1), Regulation 18(1) And Regulation 19(1)/ 19(2).

 We wish to inform you that vide notice dated 17th May, 2021, the Company was informed by BSE that as per SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD/CIR/P/2020/12 dated January 22, 2020 there was a non-compliance of Regulation 17(1), Regulation 18(1) and Regulation 19(1)/ 19(2). The above notice was placed in the recent Board meeting wherein the Directors were informed that the Company has filed its formal reply to the above notice on 27th May, 2021 making its submissions. Vide email dated 11th June, 2021, BSE has informed that our request shall be put up to the Waiver Committee soon. The Company has also requested for a personal hearing in the matter. The Board noted the same and advised that the matter may be resolved at the earliest through the Waiver Committee of BSE.
